My nephew is here!!! He came fast and furious and perfectly into our world. Although, he had us waiting in suspense as my sister had not found out the sex of this second child... for the purpose of having the "surprise effect". So 10 months we waited... in silence but in hope's that no matter what the sex was, that this baby was healthy (of course)!! So we all grew more and more excited by the month...
However, grew especially impatient over these past few days. We all thought he was coming early. Even the Dr. did! However, he was in no rush to come out the warm & cozy womb. He took his time and came a day after his due date but was worth it! Diana delivered this baby within minutes. Once the contractions became stronger and I saw her face, I exited the room... but waited just outside with the door slightly opened. I heard the nurses redundantly say, "push, one more time" and "you're doing a great job", screams from my sister, heavy breathing (from everyone), my fabulous bro-in-law coaching her through it all. Suddenly, my sister yells to her Dr.,"GET IT OUT!" and I cringed! She wound up doing it Au natural! My sister is amazing and within minutes I hear, "it's a boy" and then, I hear my bro-in-law, Ramin (nervously) laugh out loud like someone was playing a joke on him. Then, I hear a baby cry and I couldn't take it. I was so overwhelmed.

I must admit, and (most of you know) that I felt it all along that this child was a boy! I wished for him and he came. At 6lbs. 14oz. 19 inches long and even though he was only a few minutes old, I already observed his easy-going nature. He hardly cried and as a Pisces/Water sign, which are described as sensitive, soft-hearted and good-natured to the core... it all seemed pretty accurate! As I watched him lay in the nursery in his own world, not influenced by other screaming babies, he would open his big, ocean Blue eyes very slowly and then close them again... not phased by his new surroundings. His little lips were deliciosuly pink and he seemed to possess a gentle spirit...
Wow and Natalie has a little brother now... to love, to play with and to boss around and I have this handsome lil' nephew to spoil. I will teach him to appreciate life, to respect himself and the girls, to protect his sister and love his mother. I will advise him to be charming and encourage the importantance of being a gentleman at all times. I am so much in love, already! Welcome to the world Jeremy William Missaghieh , my lil' Persian/Puerto Rican Prince... it's about time. We cannot wait to get to know you!
