These Boots Were Made for Walking

We should never be afraid to walk away. No matter what it's from. A lot of times people stay in "situations" (relationships, living situations, jobs, organizations) because we think that we don't have a choice. Or that we'll never find something as good (or as bad?) again. Or we think that circumstances make it impossible to make a change and find something else. Or sadly, we fear having someone say, "I told you so!" Doors, windows and eyes are always being opened by something. I believe it's a higher power. Regardless, we should pay attention. And of course— the Biggie in the equation —is having faith that it's for a purpose. Even if your departure gets prolonged, know that it's completely OK for you to want it for yourself... especially, if you think it will better your existence. But if the want becomes stronger, then the sooner you make it happen the better! Always be prepared because there will always be a new set of "foot wear" to fill in life so don't ever hesitate to slide on a new pair and walk away.

Change is ESSENTIAL. More people should embrace it and quit allowing fear or worry keep them from making changes.

And all those people who love to bask in other people's failures and come out with the same old line of "I told you so", tend to be miserable cowards who spread negativity. A true supporter would never say such a thing. Everyone needs to shut up with their stupid, unsolicited opinions and let others lead their lives as they wish.

Change is a fact of life. It will always be there. Stability and stagnancy on the other hand are quite unnatural and something that us humans force upon ourselves.

I think it's about time to slip on a pair of boots.
