Here’s my journey through the world of culinary pleasures. It officially began when I got bored with my career in Book Publishing. Determined for change, I started to study hard.
I hold an advanced wine certificate from WSET. I’m also a proud graduate of Natural Gourmet Institute, founded on the principle that “what we eat significantly affects our physical, mental & spiritual well-being”.
As a Type-1 Diabetic, everything I consume affects my body but this doesn’t mean I live a life of deprivation; I’m attentive to my health & selective. I'm an educated food lover!
I left home in NYC, last summer for Tecate B.C., Mexico to learn essentials of spa cuisine & organic farming. I then moved to Italy to pursue an MBA in Food & Wine.
Life abroad hasn’t been the easiest transition, but I push forward. Now in San Sebastian, for my MBA internship, on Spain’s northern coast, just a stone's throw from France; sun, sand & gastronomy being the axis on which it revolves.
In 1 year, I’ve traveled to over 35 cities & 8 countries. Here’s a testament to my personal journey with a collection of experiences & a toast to those who’ve helped shape it. When all is fare!
